WWE SmackDown Main Event Ladder Match Announced Featuring Roman Reigns

WWE SmackDown Main Event Ladder Match Announced Featuring Roman Reigns

A new video has been released on the WWE YouTube account to announce the big matchup. Roman Reigns will be in action against one of the members of the current top-most heel faction on WWE SmackDown. Robert Roode will be competing in the match after coming back to TV programming, last week.

As noted earlier, last Friday’s WWE SmackDown witnessed Robert Roode returning from his 30-day WWE Wellness Policy suspension. He helped King Corbin and Dolph Ziggler in the feud against Roman Reigns and The Usos. The babyfaces were standing tall outside the ring until Roode arrived at the scene and attacked Reigns in the form of a backup.

The storyline reason for Roode’s absence was the table beatdown that he received from Reigns in late November. Now that he is back, he is targeting the Big Dog for certain reasons. The former Raw tag champ seems to make a statement to his contemporary participant at 2020 Royal Rumble.

Speaking of Royal Rumble, Brock Lesnar has declared himself to be the number one entrant in the match. For now, 18 names have been confirmed to participate at Royal Rumble 2020, as listed below,
