Priya Prakash Varrier became a nationwide sensation after her wink and eyebrow dance went viral on the internet, and soon, filmmakers were queuing up outside her door to sign her for projects.

The 19-year-old is set to make her foray in Bollywood with Prasanth Mambully's Sridevi Bungalow, which is already in the centre of a controversy for trying to cash in on the popularity of legendary actress Sridevi.

In fact, the first teaser also featured a distasteful scene of Priya's feet dangling out of a bathtub, which seems to take inspiration from Sridevi's tragic demise (she died because of accidental drowning in a bathtub).

Now, the makers have released the second teaser of Sridevi Bungalow, which looks like a B-grade thriller with some really bad performances.

The one-minute-18-second clip begins with Priya asking Priyanshu Chatterjee, "Tumhe pata hai kitne logon ne mujhe propose kiya hai? (Do you know how many people have proposed to me?)" All is going seemingly well, until a villainous voice threatens, "Saari duniya tumhari nangi zindagi dekhegi, Sridevi. (The entire world will see your naked life, Sridevi)"

What the teaser does is leave us scratching our heads. What is the plot? Is there one? Here is the link, so you can watch for yourself.

Interestingly, earlier this year, Priya admitted in an interview with a daily that the . When she was asked about if Sridevi Bungalow has any similarities with the tragedy, she said, "That is just an element that would make the audience want to watch the movie."

However, Priya added that she wanted to "stay away from the negativity" and did not want her Bollywood debut to be mired in controversy. "I wouldn’t want my movie becoming a controversy. At the end of the day, everything is publicity. But still, I would rather stay away from the negativity. It’s up to the director and the producer to handle those issues. I am just playing the character that has been given to me," she said.
