SSC Recruitment 2018: The commission has clearly stated that no candidates will not be able to make any changes after 18th October 2018. Besides, it also clarified that it will not allow any modification in the online form once the SSC GD application form is completed again.

SSC Recruitment 2018: The Staff Selection Commission, which had invited applications for recruitment of constables in GD department, has opened a window on its official website, which is www.ssc.nic.in, to allow applicants to correct their mistakes committed while submitting their application forms. The commission has stated that the window will remain open till October 18, 2018, and all the candidates will be able to make the requisite changes in their applications by the last date.

Notably, the SSC decided to open the window as it noticed few cases where candidates have not been able to register their One Time Registration form in the proper way.

The commission has clearly stated that no candidates will not be able to make any changes after 18th October 2018. Besides, it also clarified that it will not allow any modification in the online form once the SSC GD application form is completed again.

Earlier, the SSC had sought applications from eligible candidates for the positions that were available for recruitment in the GD constables department. The commission is said to have received over 50,000 application forms for the vacant positions in several departments of paramilitary forces.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an organization under government of India to recruit employees for various posts in the various ministries and departments of the Central government and in Subordinate Offices. The SSC is an attached office of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) comprising Chairman, two members and a secretary-cum-controller of examinations.
