Cabbage / Patta Gobi - 2 Cups Grated

Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp

Salt - 1 tsp

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp

Corn Flour - 3 - 4 tbsp

Maida - 3 - 4 tbsp

Oil - to deep fry + 2 tbsp

Garlic Chopped - 1 tbsp

Green Chilli - 1 tbsp

Onion - 1 tbsp

Capsicum - few juliennes (optional)

Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp

Soy Sauce - 1 tsp

Ketchup - 1 tbsp

Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp

Spring Onion Greens - handful

Water - 1/2 cup

Corn Flour - 1 tsp

Water - 2 tbsp

Handful of Spring Onion Greens to garnish before serving
