Good news for those who do not have a driving license. Under the new Motor Vehicle Act, every day new news is coming out that invoices are being cut from people. To avoid challan, people are standing in long lines outside the RTO, PUC and getting their driving license and pollution certificate made. But now there is no need to look in long lines because, wherever you are caught unlicensed at the same place, instead of cutting your challan, the police will immediately create a learning license.
Yes, this new rule has come out in Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, which is being cheered around. It is believed that soon other states can also adopt similar rules.
Telangana police have started helping motorists driving helmet and document vehicles here instead of imposing fines on those who violate the traffic rules. The Hyderabad Police has decided that instead of getting a hand license to those who are caught without helmets, the registration of learning license will be done.
The police commissioner of Rachkonda has initiated this initiative. Under this, no challan will be deducted for those who do not wear helmets, those who drive vehicles without insurance and PUC and do not have licenses. As part of this new initiative, the traffic police will now assist the driver in purchasing helmets, insurance and PUC loss. Also, for those who do not have a license, the police will create an online learning license at the scene.
It is worth noting that these days, since the implementation of the new Motor Vehicle Act in the Tamat states of the country, a long line like demonetisation has been seen everywhere at the RTO office or the Petrol Pump for Pollution Under Control (PUC). In such a situation, people will get a lot of relief from this new initiative.
