Asian Pan-Fried Chicken ( SERVES 4 )

Lee Kum Kee brings you a delicious, quick and easy Asian Pan – Fried chicken recipe made from the rich fusion of oyster and soy sauce flavours.


500 g Chicken, sliced
2 Tbsp Cooking oil
1 Onion, sliced
1 Green capsicum, sliced
1 Red capsicum, sliced
6 Mushrooms, sliced


3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Brown sugar
1 pinch Black pepper



  1. In a glass or ceramic bowl, mix together marinade ingredients. Add chicken, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan on a moderate heat, add vegetables and stir-fry until almost done. Remove and set aside. Heat remaining oil, add chicken and stir-fry until done.
  3. Add vegetables back in, stir through and serve immediately with freshly steamed rice.
