Madhya Pradesh: Belongings of the injured teacher were stolen while on the way to the hospital

Three months ago, a teacher was critically injured in a road accident in Indore. Two youths who were present on the site of the accident took her to a nearby hospital for treatment where she was declared as brought dead. The youths didn’t even inform the family of the deceased woman about the accident and stole her wallet, mobile and tablet.

These types of incidents where even a deceased person is not sparred certainly raise a big question on humanity. The matter was revealed when the father of the victim complained about it to the cyber cell as police took no action in the case. When the mobile was traced by the cops, it revealed that they had made a transaction amounting to Rs 13,290 in an e-wallet using her debit card.

The cyber cell of the police was finally able to arrest one of the accused and came to know that the other one was murdered a few months back. Cyber Cell SP Jitendra Singh informed that a complaint was lodged with them on 18 July 2017 by Gopal Sagar, a resident of the premium park that her daughter Shikha Sagar had met with an accident in the vicinity of Heeranagar Police Station.

He told the cops that some youths who were present on the site of the accident at that time took her to the hospital in a Scorpio. The youths in the name of helping took her wallet, debit card, mobile and tablet with them.

One of the accused in the case Deepak alias Aaryan Singh has confessed before the cops of stealing the stuff. He said that they withdrew Rs 13,290 using a Paytym wallet and transferred it to another account. The other accused Pradeep was murdered on August 13. Deepak has been forwarded to jail by the police.
