1) An octopus named Inky escaped into the ocean from New Zealand's Nat'l aquarium. He slipped out of his enclosure via a small opening, slid across the floor during the night and squeezed his body through a pipe leading to the ocean.
2) The extremely well preserved body of a 200 years old monk sitting in the lotus position was found in Mongolia. Many Buddhists claim he is a rare, deep state of meditation and is not dead. Scientists aren't sure why the mummy is in such good condition, but it is likely due to cold weather.
3) In 2012, Choi Gap-bok escaped from prison by squeezing his body through the food slot at the bottom of his cell door. He applied skin ointment to his body and slipped out while three prison guards were sleeping. Choi was a yoga practitioner.
